| We do not have the facilities for pets, please leave them at

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is after 4:00 pm. Check-out is by 12:00 pm. A late
check-out must be arranged prior to arrival, if necessary.
Deposit Policy
| A $25.00 key deposit is required at check-in. The deposit will be
returned at check-out when the key is returned to management. |
| A one-night's deposit is required at the time of reservation. Your
deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. |
| You will be given a confirmation number when you make your
reservation. This guarantees your room. No additional
confirmation is necessary. |
| For cash customers, a deposit in the amount of the first night's stay is
required to assure a reservation at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. |
Cancellation Policy
| Let us know if you wish to change your plans as soon as possible. |
| We require notice of cancellation 14 days in advance of your arrival date
to refund your deposit. |
| An Administrative Fee of $15 may be charged to process all cancellations. |
No Show Policy
| Guests who fail to notify the inn of a cancellation will be responsible
for an amount equal to a one-night's deposit. |
Low Tech Policy
| We believe that you should come to our B&B
to escape the strings of your hectic life. Come stay with us to take a
step backwards in time. Enjoy our historic house, its renovations and its
antique furniture. Take in nature or talk with friends without the
hassles of telephones, cell phones, and other stressful wonders of the
modern world. To accomplish this, we ask guests to be mindful of other
visitors and silence pagers, cell phones and other high tech gadgets while
at the inn. |
